LUME is a far-out lighting solution that harnesses the power of bioluminescence to bring natural light to your living space. The core of this concept is genetically modified plants that give off an inviting glow. Think the Avatar movie!

Equipped with sensors for water, light and soil levels, the specialized pot ensures that the plant is well-cared for at all times. Information is relayed wirelessly to the user’s smartphone, giving them real-time updates on the plant’s health and the best way to tend to it. The plant itself may be mere fiction (for now) but the pot is real!
