4. Position Overview
Under the guidance of Chairman & CEO/President & Managing Director, Chief Information Officer shall be responsible for overseeing information technology execution and help Company to pursue the Company objectives with the help of information technology.

7. Consultative Responsibilities
-Give constructive proposal with respect to application issues of software/hardware
8. Direct Reports
9. Job Responsibilities
-Plans, develops, and implements objectives of information technology application in accordance with board directives
-Combine database in franchised hotels with information system in headquarters in order to plan and develop business well
-Collect information of competitor hotels and target guests by making use of information technology
-Predict development tendency in hotel industry through market data statistics and analysis
-Improve working efficiency and quality by information technology
10. Experience, Skills and Competencies
-Familiar with development of account database, software and Central Reservations System
-Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high ethical and moral standards
-Well-organized, goal oriented and self-directed
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and appropriate professional image
-Experienced leader with appropriate experience in hotel chain or airliners
-Excellent team building and coordination skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys relating with people, on all levels of the organization and with various audiences
-Effective time management and organizational skills
-Fluent in both Chinese and English
