职位要求--Responsibility:
1. Manage financial accounting and costing accounting matters, ensure that the results of the company are recorded in accordance to the requirement of laws and Chinese GAAP/IFRS. Supervise yearly audit for both local statutory books and corporate books.
2. Participate in the development and implementation of finance policies and business processes, ensure that the financial policies and processes are correctly understood and applied
3. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually financial forecasts and operating plans for controlling operations
4. Lead the preparation of quantitative and qualitative analysis in the monthly and quarterly financial statement to interpret the results of actual performance against operating plan.
5. Recruit, organize, train, lead and maintain staff to achieve the objectives set in their descriptions.
6. Being responsible for tax planning and compliance with tax regulations.
7. Being responsible for banker relationship, cash flow and foreign exchange management
8. Safeguard the companys assets through implementing effective internal control procedures and by securing proper insurance coverage
9. Supervise the accounting team
Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting or above
Well master in SAP system and UF soft system
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in financial and accounting gained from multinational companies, preferably in electronics manufacturing Good knowledge and practice of PR China’s accounting and tax systems
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills, committed to deadline
Well speaking and writing English
